Ridgelings Appearance: Ridgelings are the smallest of all the Greenskins averaging only 1ft in total length. They are hairless and green skinned. Ridgelings have heads that are improportionately large compared to their bodies. They have pupilless eyes and a wide toothless mouths. They have no noses or visible outer ears. Ridgelings have two arms with three Main Page - About Orcs - Play Orc - Press Release - Orc Posters - F.A.Q. - Free Games - Orc Links - Help Wanted fingered hands. The lower half of their bodies are snake-like tails upon which they slither. Shortly after death, Ridgelings turn from green to light brown and then harden into a clay like substance. Behavior: Of all the Greenskin races, Ridgelings like war the least. They do not share the Orc concept of war as entertainment. They are also the least integrated of all the Greenskin races, preferring to live with their own kind. In fact, only 5% of Ridgelings have regular contact with other races. Cooperation between Ridgelings and the other Greenskins is based solely on necessity and convenience. They live mostly in wooded arias and in underground burrows or trees. They eat mostly vegetables that they grow above ground and insects witch they breed in pits under ground. Silver:
Just as Humans need Iron and Zinc in their diets, Ridgelings must eat small amounts of Silver with their food or become sickly and die. Ridgelings trade goods that they produce for the silver that they need. But occasionally demand for silver out-strips supply and Ridgelings must join forces with other Greenskins to wage war to get it. Ridgelings might not like war but they are surprisingly good at it. Ridgelings compensate for their lack of size on the battlefield with technology that is currently beyond the reach of other races. Reproduction:
Aside from the fact that they lay very small eggs, Ridgeling reproduction is unremarkable.
